I was out trying to photograph my younger kids attempting to fly a kite, when my 12-year-old asked me if I could redo photos of him (I took some last week he didn’t like). I forgot to change the settings from the bright sunlight, so the original was way too dark. I’m still not completely thrilled with the picture, but this is his signature look lately. At least it was salvageable somewhat.
Tonight’s rainbow. The only thing I edited in the picture was the church building, to bring out a few more details that were washed out in the original photo. The rainbow and sky portions are untouched.
It simply can’t be possible that I have a son this old. The end.
Luke was reading a story for school while Joy was listening intently. It was too sweet a moment to pass up.
This month’s One a Day is on editing. I am still learning Lightroom and am really excited to practice this all month.
