After years and years of symptoms and testing, and more tests and symptoms, record keeping and more record keeping, and multiple doctor’s appointments with specialists. . .I finally have a diagnosis. Celiac Disease.

In some ways I didn’t expect to actually be diagnosed, but in some ways it’s not a surprise. In hindsight everything makes sense.

Now, for the adventure of figuring out how to live with this disease. Eating a gluten free diet is not new to me, but being celiac-level careful is different. I’m starting to see improvement in symptoms, so that’s encouraging.
