Sunday – roast, potatoes, carrots, radishes
Monday – Sesame chicken, rice
Tuesday – chicken and dumplings
Wednesday – pancakes
Thursday – chili
Friday – homemade pizza
Saturday – egg roll in a bowl
Some of these we will make large portions of to set aside for work lunches.
The meals without veggies listed we’ll just decide then which veggie to eat from the freezer.
Breakfasts are eggs, toast, muffins, oatmeal, biscuits, grits, or pancakes. The kids make their own breakfasts so they generally eat whatever is in the house or what they feel like making.
Lunches are sandwiches, wraps, macaroni and cheese, leftovers, etc.
Snacks are cheese, baby carrots, nuts, fresh fruit, smoothies, etc.
