Breakfast – oatmeal or grits
Lunch – Sandwiches
Supper – egg roll in a bowl
Thursday
Breakfast – pancakes (regular or sheet pancakes)
Lunch – Tuna Salad sandwiches
Supper – Breakfast for dinner – waffles
Friday
Breakfast – toad in a hole
Lunch – rice bowls
Supper – homemade pizza
Saturday – farmers market day so need easy morning
Breakfast – baked goods (extras from the breads we bring to market)
Lunch – sandwiches
Supper – Hot Dogs and oven fries
Sunday
Breakfast – leftover baked goods from market or oatmeal
Dinner – roast, potatoes, carrots
Supper – fellowship meal at church – we are bringing baked mac and cheese (my mother-in-law’s recipe), green beans, deviled eggs, and zucchini cake (I didn’t end up making this last week)
The meals without veggies listed we’ll just decide then which veggie to eat from the freezer.
Breakfasts are eggs, toast, muffins, oatmeal, biscuits, grits, or pancakes. The kids make their own breakfasts so they generally eat whatever is in the house or what they feel like making.
Lunches are sandwiches, wraps, macaroni and cheese, leftovers, etc.
Snacks are cheese, baby carrots, nuts, fresh fruit, smoothies, etc.
