Sunday – spaghetti
Monday – Hubby Loving Chicken, potatoes. I will have plain chicken, a purple potato, and green beans.
Tuesday – taco salad. I will have fish tacos in Wonder Wraps with dairy free cheese.
Wednesday – meatball subs for the family, chicken stirfry with konjac noodles for me
Thursday – tomato soup and grilled cheese. I will use a THM recipe for my soup, and Swiss bread (microwave) for my sandwich, and dairy free cheese.
Friday – homemade pizza. This is my family’s favorite recipe. I will be using the New York Style pizza crust recipe from the No Gluten, No Problem cookbook for my pizza.
Saturday – homemade waffles
The meals without veggies listed we’ll just decide then which veggie to eat from the freezer.
Breakfasts are eggs, toast, muffins, oatmeal, biscuits, grits, or pancakes. The kids are old enough to make their own breakfasts now so they generally eat whatever is in the house or what they feel like making.
Lunches are sandwiches, wraps, macaroni and cheese, leftovers, etc.
Snacks are cheese, baby carrots, nuts, fresh fruit, smoothies, etc.
