Menu Plan Monday – March 20, 2023

Sunday – Wipe Your Mouth BBQ Chicken with rice and green beans for the kids. I had gluten free sourdough rolls instead of rice with mine.

Monday – poutine. I’ll pressure cook a roast and make gravy, served over home fries made with locally grown potatoes and topped with mozzarella cheese. Mine will be dairy free.

Tuesday – tacos. I will have chicken tacos in Wonder Wraps with dairy free cheese.

Wednesday – Sloppy Joes and chips. I will have chicken breast with a salad.

Thursday – Buffalo Chicken soup. I will have stir fry made with chicken breast and konjac noodles.

Friday – homemade pizza. This is my family’s favorite recipe. I will be using the New York Style pizza crust recipe from the No Gluten, No Problem cookbook for my pizza.

Saturday – chicken tenders and fries.

The meals without veggies listed we’ll just decide then which veggie to eat from the freezer.

Breakfasts are eggs, toast, muffins, oatmeal, biscuits, grits, or pancakes. The kids are old enough to make their own breakfasts now so they generally eat whatever is in the house or what they feel like making.

Lunches are sandwiches, wraps, macaroni and cheese, leftovers, etc.

Snacks are cheese, baby carrots, nuts, fresh fruit, smoothies, etc.
