Monday – egg roll in a bowl – original THM cookbook.
Tuesday – Valentine’s Day. The kids wanted burgers, so we did burgers, tortilla chips, and nacho cheese. I made mine with ground turkey and served Instant Cheese Sauce over the top (a recipe from the Trim Healthy Future cookbook)
Wednesday – Big Mac salad (the THM version)
Thursday – tomato soup and grilled cheese. I will be having the THM Just Like Campbell’s tomato soup and a sandwich on THM Swiss bread (both in the original cookbook)
Friday – Pizza. I will be trying a gluten free sourdough recipe for mine. The recipe makes delicious rolls, but I have not yet tried it as pizza crust.
Saturday – cheeseburger pie (THM cookbook)
The meals without veggies listed we’ll just decide then which veggie to eat from the freezer.
Breakfasts are eggs, oatmeal, biscuits, grits, and pancakes.
Lunches are sandwiches, wraps, macaroni and cheese, leftovers, etc.
Snacks are cheese, baby carrots, nuts, fresh fruit, smoothies, etc.
