We have a really busy week this week, with Caleb starting Driver’s Ed. I tried to keep meals simpler since classes are at mealtimes.
Monday – Goulash
Tuesday – chicken tacos, using shredded chicken in place of ground beef
Wednesday – scrambled eggs in tortillas
Thursday – lasagna soup
Friday – Pizza. I will be trying a new-to-me gluten free sourdough crust recipe for mine.
Saturday – biscuits and gravy
The meals without veggies listed we’ll just decide then which veggie to eat from the freezer.
Breakfasts are eggs, oatmeal, biscuits, grits, and pancakes.
Lunches are sandwiches, wraps, macaroni and cheese, leftovers, etc.
Snacks are cheese, baby carrots, nuts, fresh fruit, smoothies, etc.
