It’s so easy to get stuck in a rut with meal planning! I’m hoping this will help this week.
I’m currently in the elimination phase of a low-fodmap diet due to some severe GI issues I’ve been having the past few months. This menu will be for my family.
Monday – Cheeseburger Casserole (a Trim Healthy Mama recipe)
Tuesday – tacos
Wednesday – chicken parmesan
Thursday – baked potato bar
Friday – Pizza. I will have a gluten free sourdough crust for mine.
Saturday – chicken stir fry
The meals without veggies listed we’ll just decide then which veggie to eat from the freezer.
Breakfasts are eggs, scones, oatmeal, biscuits, grits, and pancakes.
Lunches are sandwiches, wraps, macaroni and cheese, leftovers, etc.
Snacks are cheese, baby carrots, nuts, fresh fruit, smoothies, etc.
