Since moving to Maine I’ve discovered how much I love hiking. This year, I got a set of snowshoes for Christmas, so I went to the town reservoir this weekend. There are trails around the reservoir and across the dam. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to hike, and it’s also an amazing place to snowshoe.

The brook isn’t frozen over yet, and the glow from the setting sun was beautiful..
