Menu Plan Monday

Nothing too out of the ordinary for us this week. Just basic meals that we all like. Works for me.

Sunday: chicken and brown rice soup, breadsticks

Monday: meatballs, sweet potatoes

Tuesday: baked chicken breast, brown rice

Wednesday: glazed kielbasa, whole wheat pasta

Thursday: chicken and artichoke casserole

Friday: pizza night (every week)

Saturday: spaghetti

The meals without veggies listed we’ll just decide then which veggie to eat from the freezer.

Breakfasts are eggs, scones, oatmeal, biscuits, smoothies, and waffles.

Lunches are pb&j, tuna salad, tossed salads, macaroni and cheese, and leftovers.

Snacks are string cheese, baby carrots, nuts, fruit, etc.

  1. I have been thinking about making a monthly menu of the basic things we eat, then plug in extras where we want them each week. Maybe I’ll start today!
