This is my chocolate chip cookie recipe. It uses some wheat flour and the Splenda brown sugar replacement. They’re VERY good!
Chocolate Chip Wheat Cookies (Reduced Sugar)
Makes 24 large cookies
3/4 cup margarine – softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2/3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Mix together softened butter or margarine, vanilla, and eggs. Add brown sugar blend and mix well. Add dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
