I need a coffee category. . . :coffee1_ms:
This morning I made up some vanilla coffee. It was the flavored Folgers stuff that comes in little cans – yummy stuff. There was some cinnamon coffee (sprinkle a bit of cinnamon over plain grounds before brewing) left over from last night also, so I dumped a little bit of that in my mug too. Yes, I drink leftover coffee, lol!
Wow – vanilla cinnamon coffee. SO good! If I were to recreate it, I’d use half vanilla-flavored grounds and half plain coffee grounds (this much we do on a regular basis), and then sprinkle the cinnamon on top of the vanilla grounds before brewing.
I personally don’t, but I know many who do. Our leftovers usually don’t last more than a couple of hours before someone drinks it anyways.
Do you refrigerate your leftover coffee before using? I was wondering about using the leftovers myself.
It’s really good. By itself, it’s a bit strong, so that’s why we use half flavored and half regular. It’s my favorite though!
Ooh, sounds good. I bought some of the Folgers vanilla blend but I haven’t tried it yet. I’ll have to get it out and give it a try.
